Grass Lake - Desolation Wilderness, CA
This lovely alpine lake was our destination on a hike last week while in the Lake Tahoe area. No sweet light but it sure was a sweet scene ... no regrets here! Thanks for looking. :wavey:

You sure weren't in Kansas anymore :). Beautiful scene, well captured and well worth the hike.

Wow. This is got a great crisp feel to it. Love the reflections, and that's an interesting hill on the far side of the lake. Thanks for sharing.

I love the pano crop on this Wayne. I'm thinking the bottom was more water, very nice choice. Wonderful processing as always, crisp and sharp. I get a feeling of openness and freshness when viewing it. This would have been a hard place for me to leave.

Really nice mood to this shot, Wayne - so crisp and fall-like. Wish there was just a little more room to the left, but still gorgeous work!

Beautiful scene Wayne. We always enjoyed the Tahoe area, but I was never there with a camera and time to get any shots. It's nice to see that you took the time to get out of the casinos and shot a few scenes to share with us. Don't you love the clear, crisp air in the morning ?
