Willow Warbler
I believe this is a Willow Warbler but I am happy to be corrected. Early morning session with the sun rising in front of me. This little chap was enjoying the sun in-between catching insects. Decided to do some long shots as the sun was catching the water on the vegetation creating some specular highlights (which some people may not find as attractive as I do) and gave the image a certain atmosphere.

Difficult exposure to get right - executed very well imo Robert

The only slight negative for me is the BG - bit too much detail, but with the combo you were shooting you were virtually wide open anyway so there's not a lot you could do about it.

Buy an 800mm and all that BG will go away

very atmospheric lighting and well composed. A nice shot all round.
