This was taken last year. I am excited for the seasons to change and hope to get out this fall. It's been a rollercoaster of a year for my health and now that I am doing better I am hoping to explore in any way that I can.
I'd also love to get some infrared shots in of the leaves changing. I've been told that some of the leaves reflect less light in the fall as they prepare to fall off of the tree and add more contrast to the foliage. Not sure if this is true, but I am in the mood for some IR.

That's a real nice comp Nicholas. I might suggest a step or two to the right to separate the tree from the waterfall though.

Nicholas,
I hope your health stays improved and that you make up for all lost shooting opportunities and more!
I like the comp and I agree with Eric's suggestion. I would like to see (if possible) from a slightly higher vantage point so that the waterfall hitting the water isn't obscured by the bridge. Hopefully that would not require a ladder!

I like this comp. Love to see a larger version. The bridge all brown is good touching the gold brush and fall colors. The upper left sky is darker on the left side of the tree trunck than on the right side...Might be worth touching up the brightness to match. Best to your health for the joy of fall shooting is upon us. Ken S
