Seal greeting
This harbor seal looked around to see who was watching, and provided an opportunity for a shot full of character and curves. Cannon 400D, EF 100-400mm IS at 190mm, ISO 400, 1/500 at f/8.0

Aww, now that is cute! It looks like you caught the seal right in the middle of wiping its face with its flipper. Well exposed, sharp where it needs to be. I like it.

I think you captured it at the right moment. Very cool. I agree, focus is right where it should be.

Looks like you nailed the depth of field. Very nice! Though I think the expression of the seals face is "I didn't do it!"
