Stones at sunrise
Decided to look for some Brown Hares this morning so called in at Stonehenge on route hoping for a misty sunrise which didn't really materialise. However I'm glad I stopped at the stones as I only saw a few Hares and none close!

Hi John

If you go tomorrow morning it is the 'Autumn Equinox' when the Druids are allowed into the stones and it maybe a few of them are UKNP members!

Hi David,

I've missed your input on the forum over the past few weeks, but WOW you have come back with a stonker!! I hope the tourist board put this shot in as many publications as possible, because it deserves to be seen!

Excellent work

Cracking stuff David - the odd landscape can often provide a welcome alternative when the wildlife isn't working!!

Very nice, love the subtle colours. The foreground grass is very effective. Tristan
