Hi all: Maybe I'm too late for this topic, but I just returned from this area this weekend and the west side of Kebler Pass really hasn't changed at all, though it could change quickly...but still mainly green as of Saturday. This weekend might be OK...but it also might take just a little longer to peak. The aspens along the road were changing more. What was really nice is the fern undergrowth right now is a light orange and layed out like a carpet under the aspens along the road, really beautiful! Another area that looked really nice was just above Twin Lakes going over Independence Pass...all the brush has changed to autumn colors on the east side and around Parry campground there were lots of groves with color...though the aspens along the highway looked a little weak.

Didn't get to Maroon Bells because it was rainy and cloud covered yesterday morning so can't report on that.

I was up at the Bells on Sunday morning and the aspens are about 30% changed there. There's some color though. What I thought was particularly nice was the color in the undergrowth. I'll post some examples tonight in the Fall Color thread once I get the raws on my computer.
