Here's a shot from yesterday at Bear Lake. There were only a few seconds of good light on Longs Peak and there were these strangely lit clouds during this time. Does this work?

Works for me; this is a beauty!

Maybe a little more contrast in those clouds, at least on my computer.(Not the greatest).
Otherwise it works for me and makes a darn good wage. Just a perfect comp, exposure and choice of colors in the trees even.

This is a great image. Frame it!

Oh yeah, this works. I'd lighten the FG a little, though.

Erik, you must have been right behind me...I was down on the shoreline and by the time I got my camera set up the light was gone. Had I been 15 mins earlier, I would probably been standing right next to you cuz that was my original destination...very nice image!

Erik, I really like the layers of visual interest from the rocks/aspen to the sky and then the light on Long's. Kipp.
