Well I have just had a few days staying with a friend in Kent, and he has a great knowledge of his local Fungi. So after two days of rain we went out to see what was about. He had seen some Dog Stinkhorns a few days before, and when we arrived they had all gone over,so we looked in some other areas and found this one,how lucky was that?? It grew during the two hours we were there, about a quarter of an inch, which I can see from the shots we took......

Hi Stewart,

Never seen one of these before, so thanks for sharing. Nice composition and it has a feeling of woodland about it.
