Just want to remind folks that you can post an active link to your images or other web pages, as opposed to just pasting the URL.

Why is this important? Because people like me are often stuck in interminably boring meetings all day and pass the time by surfing the forum on a Blackberry, and it's really difficult to cut & paste a URL into a browser while feigning interest in the meeting discussion.

There are two simple ways to make a link active using URL tags:

The instructions are provided in the Text Style Menu; there's a link to this menu just to the left of the box where you type a NEW message, or below the box where you type a REPLY message.

Only you can help save many of us from the abyss of corporate inanity.

Thanks Rick, I've often wondered how to make links. Looks simple enough.

gee thanks I always wondered how they made those links but were afraid to ask. Considering that I am photographically illiterate I didn't want to sound computer illiterate too  :jump:

Thank you for pointing this out, Rick.

I am assuming your boss does not surf this forum??

I always wondered why Blackberrys were so popular with my staff! Here I thought they were business oriented tools rather than business-escaping toys.

Signed,
The Boss
