Anybody else out there finding some color? Things are still spotty in the Brillion, WI area, but its going to happen fast. I know norther Wisconsin is moving along quickly, probably be peaked within the next week or two..
I plan to get out there and enjoy the display while it lasts...

The forest edges and roadside trees are good subjects right now...
Nice images, and nice work with the processing. The shadows seem very well balanced. I believe that 2 images per post is the requested maximum for the MWNP forum (not that I mind seeing 3, it's just a bandwidth issue for people with slower connections I think).
Minnesota is running a week or two later than usual this year. The color is just starting to actually kick in, and I plan to get out a bit as well. I'm glad to see you posting these Edward!

Great photos and thanks for the update! I particularly like the sky in contrast to the yellow in the second pictures. Great contrast with such a vibrant blue sky! I'm planning on a trip up to High Cliff State Park next Saturday, so will be looking forward to seeing some color up there.

Nice comps Kevin... I'd get back over there in the "sweet" light either in the AM or PM.

Eric,
I live just down the road from high cliff park, not much for color happening there yet, but I expect with these cooler temps coming in this week things should start happening fast. If you want an update before you head up just let me know, I'm more than happy to go take a look around the park...

Very nice images, Kevin..makes one look forward to fall and all it's beautiful colors!
I deleted your third image due to the posting rule of no more than 2 images maximum per person per topic. Some of our members are still on dial-up because they live in rural areas and have a difficult time getting pages to load when there are too many images.

Okay Toni,
I didn't realize the two image limit, I'm more familiar with posting in the other forums. I will limit it in the future.
I feel sorry for those members still stuck with dial up, I simply don't have the patience for that business...

Me too, Kevin. I have to upload 50mb images to stock, and even that takes time with DSL. I hate to think what it might be like with dial-up!

Beautiful colors, Kevin. I especially like the first image with the arc of clouds framing the trees.
