What drew me to NPN was the sense of community ... browsing through the galleries and forums are incredible ... I can't wait to participate more and share my take on Vermont with everyone.
Anyways ... I've always loved taking pictures ... earliest memories include the B & W high school class. Nature has always been in my blood ... as a child I was always out fishing or hiking around.
Now, I'm using photography and nature as a way to help relieve the stress from my IT Support job ... and it's working :)
Currently, I'm using a Canon 400D with a 18-55mm IS lens and a Tamron 70-300mm. I shoot RAW (and love it) and strive to not post process as much as possible.

Welcome to NPN. Another Vermonter in the fold. You should also join the Northeast group on this site. NEPN. We have outings twice a year. Also impromptu meetings. In matter of fact we have an outing this weekend in Rangely, ME. We have a great time. We even learn something new! Check out NEPN for further details if you haven't already.
