Fractures #21
Merced River Canyon, California, September 2008
I started the "Fractures" project in September of 2007 and after four visits to the location, I feel like I am more or less done with the image collection phase. I am currently working on preparing these images for printing and in the end I hope to have 15 - 18 photographs that can be displayed as a cohesive set.
Here is one that I am thinking of working toward a print.
Pentax 67ii, 200 mm, Fuji Astia 100F
Look forward to hearing your thoughts on this photograph.

Anil,
This is undoubtedly a fitting piece to your "Fractures" series. The texture, color and almost abstract nature of this is very appealing. I checked out your entire series on your website Anil and I can envision this series (as well as your rocks/stones series) in an exhibit/gallery and I wish you great success with it.

I like the colors, shapes and textures. Nice abstract. This will fit quite nicely into your series.

the color, texture, and richness in detail is in keeping with the rest of your artwork!
