The composition is nice and exposure looks good but there does seem to be some very dodgy looking cloning or wherever at the bottom left

Would be nice to see larger on the screen if possible

I've had a quick play Kim - hope you don't mind

You've exposed the swans very well and they really 'pop' against that under exposed background.
But they desperately needed a bit of room on the left so they have 'somewhere to go' in the frame.

The water fading to dark needs a lot more care as it looks a bit harsh, but you can get the general idea.

Nicely exposed image imo :wavey:

I quite like the original apart from two things: the cloning in the bottom left(already said) and the other being the swans foot, seems to drag my attention to one side. Apart from those minor things it looks pretty good !

Hi thanks for the comments - appreciated. Yes the cloning at the left, I wasn't quite sure what to do here - there was another, but out of focus swan, infront of the two in my picture. Hence I cloned it out - badly it would seem  . Yes the second version is a big improvement - thank you Andy - but I think I would have compromised with the amount of space on the left - and not made it quite as much!!!

Good picture. Everything else is mentioned and done.

Hi Kim,

Nits mentioned. IMO Andy nhas given it just the right amount to give the birds an area to swim into, any less and for me it would be to tight. Think this would look really good with a nice B/W conversion too.

Regards

Rob

Cheers Keith.

Nice mood in this one. I didn't notice the cloning until it was pointed out. Agree about the composition.
