Two Sparrowhawks
To add to John's reflected snipe..... Taken today, the female came in for a bath and then hung around whilst the male took his. Most of the shots had an unsightly pond liner in the background. Light is a little harsh for me.

Great bird Jon and love that eye.
Sure you can tone down the slight over blown feathers without too much trouble.
Nice one. :toast:

Great shot - I like the facial expression and the eye is so sharp.

Good one ! Same as my shot Jon - you have to show the whole thing unless youchop the reflection in half
Cheers

Great shot! The colours in the background are great. As mentioned, I'm sure you can tone down those light feathers a little. Lovely and sharp!

Lovely shot - the last Spar in water I had was at my feet as i sat in a waters edge hide photographing Goosander last winter: 5 feet away for 5 minutes and I couldn't take a single shot!!

Hey, like it, crop is good shape wise. I like the light and the way the eye draws you in and then you notice the water.

Thanks for posting
