This may sound dumb but please bear with me. I did some photos for website upgrades, and the gentleman want pictures sized 125x95 for thumbnails, 338x257 for Web, and 902x600 High Resoulution. How do I do this in photoshot 5? I am used to working with normal sizes like 11x14 but in inches. Can anyone help?

In the image size box there is a dialog that lets you size in pixels instead of inches. On CS3 it is on top of the part that shows size in inches or CM. On Elements there may be a drop down box that allows you to select the parameters you are using for resizing. To get the exact measurements you would select one of the sides then crop to match the other side's requirement.

Hope this helps.
