David A. Haake, MD., the Program Director for West Los Angeles Group Sierra Club has most recently asked CANP member Richard Wong to give a nature photography presentation at one of their upcoming meetings on March 11th starting at 7pm. Richard has accepted and will be giving his presentation at the Culver City Veterans Memorial Auditorium at that time. No doubt an excellent venue to help others involved with nature to understand a bit better why we all are involved so much with nature photography in general. Richard, I know this will be a well-received program and it is truly a natural fit for anyone who is involved with the overall preservation of nature, and especially our Sierra Range. :toast:

Thanks guys, and Paul for his generosity.

I think I'm going to use the opportunity to discuss etiquette while out in the field. This is something that you never read or hear about in the mainstream media outlets so I think it would be good to show people that it isn't cool to be disrespectful to others no matter who or what type of photographer you are.
