Wilson Mesa Trail
Really enjoyed the mesa and trail; until the flat tire at least.

Beautiful composition, Ed. Are you sure this is Wilson Mesa? It sure looks like the road leading into Silver Pick Basin ( I have several pics of the same stretch of road taken over the years), which is just east of Wilson Mesa.

Really nice composition Ed. Colours really stand out, and I like how the trunks are leaning to the left!.

That is definitely some beautiful color, I would love to be driving down that road right now. I need to visit the rockies in fall one of these years...

Very nice Ed! Love that road up to Silver Pick! Camped up there the last few years actually.

Bummer about the flat tire. Wild thing is, Rod Hanna had a flat up that same road last week too! Doh!

I didn't realize Hummers could get flat tires! Great shot, Ed. Really pulls the viewer in.

The tire repair shop in Ouray said it was a stone that poked up between the tread. The road was graded recently so perhaps they chipped up some of the rock.

I thought m60 was silver pick rd. Regardless, the road up to the trailhead was awesome.

Excellent; I like the way you cropped it.
