Fly Amanita (Amanita muscaria)
At last I did have some time to photograph.
This time it's a fungus again and one everybody knows it I think.
I did a little cropping (75% left).
I think it is technically spoken not the best out of the series, but I like this one the most of the Fly Amanita. I found a lot of these fungi around my town.
The leaf did stick on it. It try to remove it, but that was not possible without damaging the fungus. So I "leaf" it where it was.

Lens Focal Length: 30.00 mm
Shutter Speed: 1/4 sec
F-Number: F14.0
ISO: 100
Compensation: EV 0/2
Flash : Yes

C&C Welcome. Thanks for looking

Hi Tom
Another nice fungi shot. I think maybe better with a little more "oomph" say gamma down to 80 at least, and perhaps a little more space around the whole subject.
Cheers

I like the setting with the fallen leaves giving a good indication as to the toadstools large size.
A slight reduction in brightness particularly on the top of the fungi would work well.
The border and copyright logo is a little distracting and clashes with the image slightly, perhaps a dark green border would compliment it better, IMO.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the comment.

@John,
What does "oomph" mean. I made in the repost the area around a little wider. Not to much because there where some disturbing spectators (curious cows, repost 2).

@Justin,
I'm using the program DBSizer and I do not have any idea how I can change the colour of the frame. In the repost I left out the logo and frame.

Tom
The second is much better in my opinion. Even more space around would be better .I still love the "up close " approach though.
Cheers
John

Prefer the (first) repost Tom with a bit more space, but that's a big fungus! Really like the setting and textures in the image - the thing itself, leaves and moss/grass surrounding it :smile:
