I was in the San Juans during the last weekend in September. I have been several years now at this time of the year and must say this year was one of the best for the fall colors. This is a shot of the Powerhouse outside Marble,CO.
A link to the rest of my fall Colorado photos. I would enjoy your comments/critiques. That is how I learn.

Hi Amanda, I'm really impressed with your gallery images ... very nice!
The photo in this thread isn't showing up so you may want to try it again. Looks like you had some fantastic success in CO. Thanks for sharing your work with us, I'm looking forward to seeing more!
Hmmmm, I see it...so why isn't it showing up? Maybe I am not meant to post an actual pic? but a link to it?

Amanda, I checked your gallery out and you have some really fine pictures. It looks like we were in the same area. Glad to see you made it to Old Lime Creek Road also, it is a wonderful side road.
I noticed that your site photos are protected and it may be you have linked to the above photo and it will not show up. You may want to try to directly load your shot from your files on your computer using the browse function when you post. The photo should show up then.

You have some beautiful work, Amanda! We probably crossed paths somewhere during the week - Tom and I were shooting many of the same locations you were at. Maybe we should organize a fall gathering in Colorado sometime!

I could not see the photo in my browser as posted. However, I found it on your website. Composition and color are excellent. Well done!

Hi Amanda,
Some wonderful images indeed. It's great to see you sharing here! I look forward to more.
Tom, Thanks for the response. I imagine that is why the photo isn't showing. I love Lime Creek Rd. That is the 2nd time we were there on it. First time was in July.
Bill, I bet we did cross paths. My husband and I vacation in July every year for the wildflowers and then try to get there in the fall for the colors. It would be fun to coordinate something or say "hey" if we know we will all be there at the same time.
Sorry Dan for the lack of a photo to see. The newbie here will get it figure out for next time
Brad, Thanks for your kind words.
Wasn't sure you got to see my whole site or just the fall gallery. Here is the link to view the others. Enjoy
