Late Summers Prairie
From last month. Was able to watch the sun go down over the vast open prairies of the flint hills.
I thought it a little unique how the clouds and the land seemed to almost have the same color going on.

Gorgious. I love the way the golden heads of the Indian Grass reflect the light. A well-balanced image. Makes me homesick for the prairies.

This shot's on fire ... I mean way cool ... well, you know what I mean! Nice Flint Hills work Brad, I sure wish I could hook up with you for one of these trips. Thanks for sharing!

Gotta love our Kansas sunsets. Love the cloud color and the way it blends with the prairie. :jump:

Beautiful shot Brad. A great spot and the skies in Kansas are always great.

This is way cool, Brad! Love the color of the sky and the grasses. I also like how the grass heads in the FG are glowing. Great work :toast:

Great color Brad. I like how the grass took up the sky color. You captured it well. :toast:
