Just found this piece on the BBC news website which holds out some hope for the future of the red. As I haven't photographed one yet I have had to make do with a shot of its arch enemy. Not a particularly recent shot as you might have guessed.

no matter what your views on grey squirrels it's hard to claim they're not photogenic.

This is a nice one Eric, a lovely snowy scene. An interesting article too.

Hello Eric.

Lovely shot and I just love Grey Squirrels and would be most pleased with this one.

I would agree that the dusting of snow really makes this one work.
