North Fork
The North Fork of Bishop Creek was the finest fall color photo op I found this month. This was made with the 1DsIII and 24-105L. Not bad for pixels!

Beautiful luminance in this image. Now I wish I had gone up to Bishop. Oh well.

This is really nice. The color is nicely realized and I really like the reflected color in portions of the creek.

Harley and I had a great time at Bishop Creek from 10/7 until the morning of 10/10, although the wind plagued us at times.

Wow, you found yourself some really intense color! I think Bishop creek was the place to be this year. Strange year, with all the green leaves so late in the season.

Very colorful image, Jeffrey. Nice to see some of the CANP group found some colors to work with. As Harely stated, it was a strange year and the colors seem to take forever to get started this year. :confused:

Wonderful color; I like that you've got a little being picked up in the water and rock highlights as well. We were there 9/29-10/1 - a little early, but still some decent color further up the canyon at that time.

Beautiful back lighting in this scene. It cetainly looks like BC was a good spot this year. I'm with Rick in that I really like colors and small reflections picked up in the creek adding a nice addition to the scene.

It was nice meeting you over the weekend and glad you came hope with some nice images.
