More deer I'm afraid.

Park Fallow, Kent.

This was very near the end of a 12 minute scrap between 2 evenly matched bucks.

Nice action and NH shot, looks like you had some harsh light to contend with which you've handled well. They look like a couple animals in prime condition, were they at Knole...?

Hi Brett

Yes, this was at Knole. The light was all over the place. The sun was in then out and the deer were in and out of the trees. Luckily the fight went on long enough to play around a bit with shutter speeds and ISO so I have some sharp and some with a bit of movement in them, which I much prefer. Beats trying to do this on Velvia 50. I'll post another when I have finished editing them.

Cheers

Lovely image. The one on the right looks like he is making a winning blow. Was he the eventual winner?

Right in the heart of the action! Keep promising myself a drive to Knole, it is 10 mins away from me. Nice one.

Yes, it did seem to be decisive. He fought on a minute or so but then ran off.

Cheers
