With an intent look, taken in morning light.. Lots of good opportunities this morning, I just liked the white of his eye and expression - and the amount of sand was crazy... Taken with a 1D M3, and 300 F2.8 @ F8, ISO 400

The dawn light makes this one for me.

Corking image, if I was going to super nit pick I would say that I think that the bit of seaweed could be dealt with just to smooth it off. but that is just my opinion others may disagree.

Ooh this is very nice. Lovely colour and super pose. The seaweed doesn't detract from the overall image imho, like it very much.

cheers guys.

Was certainly a good morning, I had the place to myself and my friend this afternoon in fantastic light, not a soul in sight for 2 hours except in the rookery area.. Although yesterdays Sandstorms were amazing, i've never seen it like that before, the entire beach was one big storm. Took a can and a half of compressed air to sort my gear out afterwards! (and yes it was covered! :p)
