Hi, I introduce myself. I am Michel and I live in France, near the Italian and Swiss borders, in the Alps. Very lucky to live in a such region, I often hike in the Vanoise National Park and others parks (Grande Chartreuse, Bauges...). I use a Canon reflex camera to fix these sceneries. I have a website http://savoienature.com and my goal would be to make a photograph book about Savoy. I know, I know, the trail is long.
What a beautiful vista!! Thanks for sharing your part of the world and welcome to the forum.

Welcome Michel. I think this is a nicely composed image. The road entering from the corner drew my eye, took it over the valley floor and into the distance. Good use of elements.

Very beautiful scene, Michel....thank you very much for sharing it with us!
I think you might want to try the UKNP forum, where others from Europe post their topics and images. This particular forum (The MWNP) is more for those who live in the Midwest part of the USA.
Yes, I think the UKNP will certainly be more convenient.
But I would say that I've been very impressed by the quality of the sceneries and the talent of the midwest nature photographers. Very high level ! I'll keep these pages in my favorites.
