So, I'm looking for a Polaroid 405 film holder (or similar holder ... Fuji PA-145?). I know we have a lot of LF shooters here. If you have one, and want to part with it, please contact me. Just getting ready to experiment with some pinhole stuff. Thanks!

Jesse,

Do you need instant film? Polaroid is commanding a premium right now and it is the only film available in a single sheet. I would say that it is not worth it. Fuji's instant 4X5 is only available in packs, but I think Badger Graphic has the holder in stock. I think the Polaroid 550 holder will work with Fuji packs too.

If you're thinking about using traditional film you might also look at kodak readyload and fuji quickload holders or just a traditional 2 sheet film holder.

Thanks Mel. Yes, I'll be using Fuji 3.25 x 4.25 packs.

Ah, I think the 3.25 X 4.25 packs are not as big a problem as their 4X5 packs. For a while you couldn't find the 4X5 pack holder. If you don't find someone here with one I'd still check with Badger. I've only got QL and RL holders and I can't part with them.

Jesse,

I have a polaroid holder and a ton of polaroid film I probably can part with. Mine is the nice 545i holder type. I will check for you when I get home if you are interested.

I too have a polaroid holder that doesn't see much use. I'm not sure what model. Drop me a line.

Thanks again for the help guys. I grabbed a 405 off ebay after all. I'll be in touch if I find need for the larger film.
