Adams Point In Brief Light
Well, I got one shot of the oak that I might salvage, but this came out pretty good I thought...

I'd love to hear thoughts on composition, light and balance.

Thanks in advance, and very nice meeting everyone from the outing!

JIm,
Nice image but it looks a tad under exposed. I like the leaves in the foreground. A nice touch. I want to say it was great to finally meet you and everyone else. I look forward to the next outing. Thanks Jim Deasy for beakfast. Maybe next time I'll try the breakfast nachos:)

Hi Jim! Hope you had a terific time and I wish I could have been there with you all! As far as this image, at first I thought it didn't really hold my interest but the more I look at it, it really is a pleasant shot. I don't think it's underexposed because any more exposure would lose the nice subtle color from the break in the clouds. The dark FG and the leaves definitely help balance the whole shot.
