Excellent work, Bill. I like the fall colors, and you captured the fog well. IMO, a little less fog on the right side would be better, but I also like the grove of trees on that side.

Very nice, Bill, glad to see you got out today. Looks like there is still some color up there.

Great image Bill. How was the color there? I am heading to Mt Home Monday.

Thanks guys. Ed, there is still some pretty nice color, but it seemed like there were quite a few trees that had dropped their leaves, or the leaves were dried up and brown.

Nice Bill!

So are you saying a trip to the Steele Creek area may not be worth it, given the amount of fallen leaves?

Wow. Stunning image Bill. I imagine this shot was a bit challenging due to the bright highlights (I doubt I could pull something off like this) but you did a great job. Great composition and nice colors too.

Big and spectacular. A difficult subject handled beautifully.

About the color at Steele Creek, the hillsides do seem to have a lot of bare trees, but down by the river there is still a lot of great color. Yesterday and today I was up Beech Creek and along the Buffalo between Beech Creek and Steele Creek, and saw a lot of great color, and maybe the best color I've seen this fall was along the southern and eastern flank of Big Bluff where the horse trail crosses the river.

Bill, I especially like the beautiful light in the lower third of the frame. Looks like another week didn't adversely affect the beautiful colors around Roark Bluff. While I love the foreground in this shot I'm not too wild about the dense fog in the UR, but that's just me.

I'll bet you bagged several more stunners this weekend. Thanks for sharing!
