Has anyone got any idea how to solve this problem before I throw this Dell out-the-window

It's running Vista 32bit (business edition) and I've got a big problem - I keep getting an "i1Match position detection failure" warning and the interface cannot find the puck on the monitor screen.

Yes, the software does acknowledge the puck as being connected, it just can't seem to find its screen position.

Software is the latest incarnation too!

Checked the puck on my XP system and all is well - so it's just bloody VISTA

Andy, Vista is fine. I know Imatch should work, it does on my Vista machine and on my previous one! I would indeed check for Microsoft updates and did you check out the latest software update from Macbeth?

Good luck
Rene

Sorry to hear your woes Andy have you turned off the Gamma in the control panel before loading the software?

It's all working now - for some reason Vista wanted me to swap my monitor feeds around but never told me - silly windows
