I finally got some fall photos up on my site about a week ago. This was taken on the last morning of my September trip to the Tetons. Sunrise light was not spectacular but shortly thereafter some pretty clouds passed over.

What an absolutely AWESOME collection! I really, really like "Rabbit Creek," and "The Valley Pantry" and "Band of Light" ain't bad either. All great stuff, not a dog in the bunch.

Very nice series Bob. On this one, I think a little more density in the shadows on the peaks would be good. It would strengthen the texture of the mountains.

Classic mountain scenic! The peaks do appear to be a little hot, I would decrease the exposure on those and the sky as well. Autumn Raiment is wonderful, love it. The use of the creek to lead the eye into the landscape of dead trees in Rabbit Creek is tremendous!
So that was you walking back to your vehicle after the sunset at Capitol Creek trailhead! I was the one with the silver 4-runner packing my stuff away. I took the same cloud but used a vertical treatment with it.

You have really got to be pleased with this collection, Bob. Good job.

I agree with the comments about this image. The highlights in the snow look a little bit blown on my monitor too. You have some exceptional shots in your collection though! "Band of Light" WOW! "View From the Brink" and "Snake River Reflection" are among my favorites too.

Wow Bob!! I love the "Aspens and Berries" and "String Lake Solitude". I'm very jealous of the String Lake shot!! Great stuff!

Great collection Bob! It's nice to see your takes on the places we visited. And I'm really diggin' your Yellowstone stuff. Rabbit Creek is my favorite. I stood in the exact same spot on my way home, and didn't get anything close to an image this nice. Great work.

Don - I was wishing the color had been over the peak, but still couldn't complain. I'd love to see your photo(s) from that evening.
Jesse - Thanks for the comments about Yellowstone. I'm really looking forward to seeing your work as well!
