Sorry Rob just had to laugh at this one. Obviously your local Crows are in a decline.

Definitely needs more crows Rob, I'm not sure how many you need before you can call it a roost but I think it's more than two. Love the colour of the cloud and sky, makes a nice image.

Nicely done Rob and very clever of your wife to time things not to coincide with the rut.
Excellent choice of name by the way. According to my beer mat, Eric is from the old norse meaning 'ever powerful'. A popular sought after man who makes friends for life.
If it's on a beer mat it must be true IMO Eric

Hi Rob,
Not sure about the image, but congrats on the birth of George. Best wishes to all
No crit on the image (does need more crows... oops )
More importantly many congratulations to both of you on the birth of George Eric, I know you will have very many happy hours, (sleepness nights, not being able to get out and take photographs )
I'm surprised at you all - It might 'need' more crows... but then as crows are pretty much anti-social to non-family members, perhaps Rob needs to find a rookery for bigger numbers of rooks and jackdaws...
Congrats on baby. I quite like this image. If it were mine, given the number of birds, I would be tempted to crop off the LHS to make it more of a vertical panno. That would give more prominence to the birds and yet keep the expanse of the sky / sunset.

Had to chuckle when I saw your commentary! Agree a different crop may emphasise the silhouettes (which are nice) against the lovely colours of the sky. Congrats on the birth too
