Kentucky Color
From my trip to Kentucky last month, this image is from the Bernheim Arboretum and Forest just south of Louisville. There wasn't a lot of color while I was there, but did manage to find a few patches of reds here and there...especially higher up in the trees, such as this one where the back lighting caught my eye.

Nice shot, Toni. This year we've had to more or less take what we can get.

Toni, a very nice composition of color and light. This was not a good color autumn for us either.

Thanks guys. I was disappointed that the color in Kentucky wasn't better, especially considering we had such great color coming on when I left MI. Missed a good part of it this year, but am planning on sticking around next fall and enjoying the show!

Gotta love the red-green balance. If I could predict fall color.. I should be at the race track, not behind a camera.... maybe next year!
