Autumn colours reflected in, and fallen autumnal leaves in a puddle.
Although I spent much of today shooting Redshanks, I was most happy with this shot.

I'm going to have to go against the grain with this one I'm afraid. The colours are lovely but the two main leaves don't do much for me as they are quite flat from the low angle. Maybe if the other half submerged leaves were not in the shot it would help but as it stands my eye can't help but dart around the frame. Sorry :frown:

like the colours and texture in this shot

Nice, lovely colours and textures. I can see what Richard means about the angle of the leaves, but if you were higher you'd lose the lovely texture....

Many thanks

but if you were higher you'd lose the lovely texture....

I would indeed, as well as lose the reflection to a bland sky one!
