I've been working on my panoramics lately and constructed this one from five separate images. The toughest part was waiting for everyone to leave! Used Canon 5D with RRS panoramic adapter.

Very nice, Ken although the blown out sky on the left is a little distracting. Tough exposure that's for sure. I'm surprised you didn't have to wait til nightfall for everyone to clear out!!

I like this pano version of this Utah icon, nice exposure in the fg rock and arch. Sky is a little bright perhaps, but does look like it would of been a tough exposure!.
I like this except for the bright sky on the left and wish I had a little more pop of light on the fron foreground rocks. I really like the lit rock on the RHS.

I agree this was a tough exposure, because once everyone had left, the sun was fully up. Here's a (rather sloppy) next draft. I brightened the foreground a bit and added two separate copies of the master using multiply blending mode - then "erased" the non-sky areas, which resulted in a darker sky. Can't do much more with the remaining bright area (except I tried burning it a little). Is this an improvement? If so, I'll try a more careful job on the master image.
Thanks for the feedback.

Somehow, I don't see much change in the foreground, how about this version?

The original is just fine, excellent in fact. The re-posts look way too manipulated, with sort of a shadow/highlight look to 'em.

I have zero success with panos, so looks good to me! I like the second version the best, followed by the first.

Thanks guys for the FB. I also like the first one best, so will stick with it. I may try it again earlier in the morning before the sun gets too high.
