Shot this the end of Oct when we went to Fall Creek last. I was hopeing for some color and didn't get it, wasn't satisfied with the light either. I will keep going till I get the image that I think is there. I realy like the area and hope that with some snow it will work better for me.

Cool spot. I love stone work. If it's easy for you to get back to, different seasons and different times of day will keep this an interesting place to go back to. Also good luck with the knee, been there done that, keep up with your PT and you'll be good as new in no time.

certainly worth revisiting, maybe try for some nice morning/evening light.
We all have those spots we keep returning to in hope of that "wall-hanger"..

This bridge definitely has possibilities with the right kind of light, Kendall. As Kelly said...different seasons is also a good thought..rain and snow. The bridge is a good candidate for B&W too.

Kendall, I agree with the others about the light. White skies are nearly impossible to photograph well. The horizon line needs to be adjusted as well. While the top of the bridge may still be at an angle, the stream below needs to be straightened a bit. I like the location and your attitude about returning again and again until it appears as you imagined it. You WILL get the pic you know is there if you keep after it.
