A recent post by John Robinson got me thinking. Why the heck have I taken so many thousands of images if I have hardly shown them to anyone. I know that we take photos mostly for personal satisfaction and to record very special moments but...

This one was taken in Norway from a boat. The wild birds were attracted by throwing fish to the water.

Great composition and action on this although, on my monitor here in work, the head looks a touch light.

Hi Javier a well caught action shot especially from a boat. In my screen I see a sharpening halo round the bird. :toast:

The problem is that I usually resize my images to 800 pixels for another online gallery. I have resized this at work and has not come up perfectly. You can check the original and more of my images here (in Spanish):

Very nice image Javier but i can see the halo as well! Easily fixed anyway, so no big deal....

What a fantastic flight shot, really shows intensity and the power of these birds. Was this cropped at all?

Great shot - there are some of these around my area after a release project. One was seen flying over the supermarket  . Hope to see one.
