There are some very good reasons for using AutoCad.
1. I did it at work, whilst being paid.
2. I’m familiar with the cad program
3. The computer is connected to an A0 printer, so no problem with an A3
4. Did I mention that I was being paid to do it.
5. Taking the hard copy I have free access to a Xerox scanner
6. The Xerox scanner can do multiple scanning formats, incl. jpeg
7. Scanned as a jpeg and transferred to my memory stick
8. Did I mention that I was being paid to do it.
By the way you didn’t ask the right question, which is why did I do it.
I did it in anticipation of a question being asked a week or so ago about hide location etc.. The question wasn’t asked, no surprise there.
Vincent posted a post, subsequently deleted, where the sketch was useful to illustrate a point, but I had a problem e-mailing the sketch to him so I posted it here.
Vincent, if you read this there have been to date 160+ viewing but no questions asked here or privately. I think that answers your question(s).
