No fall colors for me this year...
So I'm posting one from last year - this was the only day I went out to photography the fall colors! Taken during a class I lead over near War Eagle Mills.

I am sending a 16x20 of this image to my niece in Ottawa for her gymnastics team fund raising auction. Hope you enjoy this one from 2007... IIRC, the colors peaked quickly and were gone in our area within 3-5 days.

It was a tough year for color up here. I had admired this image on your website, thanks for posting.

Great composition and light BTW.

A very nice composition. A nice combination of light, color and symmetry. I bet it makes a great print!

This is really nice, Marc. You picked a pretty good day to get out - really nice color and light in this image. The color did seem to go quickly this year - probably a combination of clouds, rain and warm nights.

Marc, I like the mood and vantage point you have captured in your shot.

The soft light and slight haze really enhances the look of this to me Marc, well done.

Nice one Mark. I always like to visit War Eagle, best times are spring and fall. You captured the essence of fall in this image. Thanks for sharing!

The division of soft blue and bright sky create an interesting contrast to this shot Marc. I was fortunate to visit this location once a few years back but it didn't look anything like this wonderful fall scene. Thanks for sharing!

Very nice! A lot of good elements come together here. Love the mill, the fog upstream, the leaves in the bottom left, the falls of course.
