I posted a similiar Cathedral Peak shot a while back in the NPN room. This is from the same series cept with a different vantage point and I touched up the colors as the previous post was a bit bland. Was wondering if I should place this in the NPN galleries down the road. Questions, comments and ideas are much appreciated.

Hey Don,
The colors look great. And the clouds are putting on a wonderful display. Cathedral peak is shown nicely and I really like the foreground. The square comp/crop works perfectly here.
My biggest nit would be the bright, seemingly washed out granite slab? across the middle left. It's pretty darn bright and almost seems out of place. If you could drop that brightness down it would make a big difference. A smaller nit and considerably less noticable would be a ccw tilt - noticed by the base of the trees as well as the top of the straight bright area.
Even considering those nits, I like this very much and I think is a very nice capture of Yosemite's high country. Certainly you could post this in ES&S, but I would address the bright area if you can.
Raymond, this is a really great composition. The view from this vantage point is wonderful. As for any adjustments to enhance things possibly I would look at the tilt here. Although it appears like it is tilted slightly to the left, I'm having trouble picking up a good vantage point to really tell here. Maybe too early in the morning for me yet to see it. I might also tone this down just a bit in the area that Lon has mentioned too. Truthfully these are just some very minor suggestions and ideas, overall, this is a fine looking capture to me.

Ooh. Look at those clouds Don. They're very nice. I wonder what they're called. I should know that by now. I'm guessing sirus clouds. In the trees it looks like the hue in the greens only in the trees could use a little adjusting. Maybe a coulple of points to the yellow side. Nice shot. Haven't been here in the moring yet.
Raymond,
I like this composition. Absolutely great clouds and pleasing color. Best Regards.

Gorgeous mtn scene Don! The colors really pop. The composition is great with very nice layering. And the reflection in the water takes it one notch higher.
