I took some photos with my canon camera. I saved them on my laptop with window xp they were processed in photoshop elements 5.0. My friend wanted some copies. She has windows vista, the photos won't open on her computer. The photos were saved as jpeg. Can anyone give me some help?
What program is she using in her attempt to view the images?
Is she having trouble viewing any jpegs, or just yours?
If there are error messages, what do they say?
Did you try to open the images on your computer using the same program she is using? Did it work?
