Please share the best month to visit the refuge. It seems it is always full of hunters right now. I have heard of thousands of tundra swans and snow geese stopping off there. When do they arive?

Rohn, I live close to the refuge and have visited it many times through most months of the year. The best success I've had out there photographing birds is during May and June.
