Autumnal Kite
Hello

One from a recent visit to Gigrin farm, I prefer the autumn/winter visits there as the light is better and of course there are always the nice colours in the trees.

techs,

Nikon D3, Sigma 300-800mm at 750mm. ISO 450, 1/640 sec at 5.6 +0.7 EV

thanks for looking

cheers
Colin

Hi Collin, I really like this a lot. I like the way the light has picked out the bird central parts and I also like the fact that it isn't the usual kite and blue sky shot that is very typical of Gigrin. I think I would have liked a little more room both top and bottom but that just personal taste and doesn't detract away from a great in-flight shot.
