OT: In Ansel's Tripod Holes (icon)

Here's another one from my October road trip through Oregon & California. This is Tunnel View in Yosemite. Even though I know it has been shot to death, it is hard to resist this view of El Capitan, Half Dome and Bridal Veil Falls all in one image. During the afternoon I took this there was a wildfire between the view and the sun that gave El Cap the unusual reddish color. The fire haze also made it a pain to get contrast out of this image, but I've been able to pull a lot out in processing. I only got to spend a day in this park so I'd like to go back someday to explore a lot more. C&C welcome.

Here's a shot from the other side of the park (Olmstead Point) that shows Half Dome and the fire. Just posted this second shot to show the interesting conditions rather than for critique.

Man I hate forest fires! I ran into the same thing a few years ago at Mt Rushmore. Nice comps though!
