I had originally posted this the in 2008 RMNP Fall Colors Contest *WINNERS ANNOUNCED* thread, but I am not sure everyone saw this, so I am posting this again in a separate thread. Below are the total vote counts for the top 21 images.
As you can see there was a clear winner, and a very tight race for second and third.
I have also added the names of the photographers on the individual image pages

Rene, are these vote totals or point totals?
I always thought a 1st place vote was worth 3 points, 2nd place vote was 2 points and a 3rd place vote was 1 point. Did we use this methodology this year?
This system favors first place votes as it should. Since users obviously like their 1st place selection most, it weights the votes accordingly.
If this wasn't used this year and it's not too much trouble, could you also post 1st, 2nd and 3rd place vote totals?

Correct, your first vote counted 3 points, your second vote counted 2 points, and your third vote counted 1 point. All votes were them summed to calculate a point-total.
The above are the point totals for the top 21 images.
