Thanks for pointing the color cast out, Jesse. Taking a closer look at this, the foreground reeds and the water had too much blue in it. Here's a lighter version with some of the blue cast taken out. Does this work better?

However, I think it would look much better if you cropped out the dead things in the FG.

Thanks for commenting, John. I left that in because I liked the way the colors were repeated in the foliage and reflection. Here's a horizontal version excluding that stuff. Do you like it better?

The first image was almost washed out...but the 3rd image works really well!!!!
The second one is great for fixing the color cast. I think I like the second one best because it retains the look of moisture in the air. The third image is beautiful but the mist in the urc is gone.
I am currently struggling about how to process images with fog in them. For people who are not so familiar with our great PNW, the comments are interesting.
