Corn Bunting
Canon EOS 1Ds MKII, 600mm f4 IS, 1.4x conv, f8, 1/250, ISO 320, BB on car window ledge.

Hi All,

I was up and out and first light this morning, first time I have been out for ages, due to one thing or another.

There were about 30-40 Corn Bunts perched up as the Sun crept above the horizon, bet they were pleased to sit in the sun and get warmed up a bit, it was bitterly cold.

Also knocking about were the pair of Stonechats a few Yellowhammers and Goldcrests and about 20,000 Woodpigeons

All comments welcome

Regards

Rob

Hi Rob

You have captured this very well, I like the light, the uncluttered background and the pose, looking out across the frame, excellent !

cheers

Stunning shot - everything has come together beautifully. I was looking for one on the outer hebrides in the summer, but no joy.

Great photo Charlie

No seriously Rob this is without a doubt the best god damm corn bunting shot I have ever seen, you have really improved your photography over this past year and produced some great shots but I think this is up there with your best.

Told you I would give you good critique now you look like Charles Manson
