Sanderling and friends
A dozen or so Turnstones and one Sanderling on my local seafront. Managed a few of the Sanderling on its own but quite liked this shot.

This is really well taken Tony, love the line of birds and that the lighter colour of the sanderling and controlled DOF that takes you to it. Plus that you've got it in the clear of the foreground bird is brill

Funny looking SEO!
Like to see the full file, as this looks a little odd, probably through the compression.

Nice one. :toast: :toast: :toast:

"as this looks a little odd" Thats funny you should mention that Ian, I thought the same when I saw you yesterday, I was just too polite to mention it!

Taken as individual elements I shouldn't like this image as much as I do. It just shows so called rules are made to be broken. Nice one.

Hello Tony.

This works for me and I like it. Good use of the forground bird to help ballance the out off focus background bird.

If this was mine I think the only thing I would alter is the bright part of the back ground birds leg. To match the lower part of its leg. I find the bright orange does catch my eye and I keep looking at it .

Well seen image.
