Great image, but if this forum is to become your pulpit, I'll have to stop visiting.

Bill, this is a lovely shot and the verse compliments it well. Your Sunday Praise post from last week was excellent as well.
In regards to the objections to these posts, we must realize that people of all nationalities and all faiths call NPN their nature photography home. I know for a fact that we have Christians, Jews, Muslims and Hindus participating as paid members on NPN. All of us, regardless of our faith, have a deep reverence and appreciation for nature. I think to avoid conflict it would be best to avoid the reference to religious scripture in future posts.
In regards to those who have voiced objection, some tolerance and respect of others and the way they wish to express their beliefs would go a long way to making this world a better place - and NPN a better place too.
Thanks to all for your cooperation.

Bill, that is a spectacular sky!
Jim, well spoken.

Hmmm, as I look more at the image I wanted to add that if you plan to use this image with verse I think the current location of print detracts from the power of that magnificent sky. From a compositional sense, I think it would carry the message better printed across the bottom against the land mass, leaving the brilliance of the sky above. (Hope that made sense! )

Nice image Bill. Fantastic sky! Matches the verse too!

Nice image Bill. The sky is incredible. I agree with the comment about moving the text to the bottom left of the image. Don't worry about the negative comments regarding the verse. People know from your title what the deal is and don't need to bother looking if they are turned off by your type of expression. Everyone else is allow to express their take on nature photography and so are you.
Wonderful image and verse. We all have the right to express ourselves and we all have our beliefs. We may not like what others believe but then we choose that. Thanks for sharing. I also agree moving the text to the bottom.
