Maybe I missed it, but I don't recall seeing any mention made here of the "Wild Beauty" photo contest being sponsored by ProPhoto Supply and the Portland Art Museum.
Details are at: http://prophotosupply.com/events/photo_contests/wild_beauty_contest.htm
They are accepting prints only (no digital or online entries). The rules do allow both sponsors broad use of any photos entered, but it's not a total rights grab like some contests.
I've seen a lot of great Gorge photos posted here, so thought some of you may be interested in entering the contest.

Thanks for the heads up. I wish I had known about this earlier, I even looked at the exhibit at the art museum which was very neat. I didn't see anything about a photo contest at the museum though, I wish it was a little more advertised so I could have made some special trips to the gorge for the contest before it ends this friday. Oh well i've been there a couple times since I moved to Portland so hopefully I can find something worthwhile from those trips. Would fairy falls count as the gorge?
