Dogfight
I was watching a history of the RAF on tele last night which prompted me to post this. Cameron and I have had great fun watching these SEO's perform, including wing clapping behaviour. On consecutive visits, we had seen mid-air duals, with the vole falling to the ground as talons lock. We now hope to get a close up!

Green with envy Ian, love the pastel hues. Not even seen an SEO for ages.

Are they wing clapping at this time of year? I've seen it in the spring during courtship displays.

Now that is a real pleasure to view, love the space given & the action, well. This speaks volumes.

Awesome :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast:

Looking at the barring on the tail & the wings, I would say the female is the closest in. Outstanding shot :toast:
